The Health and Safety of our community has always been and will continue to be our top priority. To ensure your safety, we are in close contact with local and state officials, working together to create the safest possible environment. Our team continues to closely monitor and learn from the best practices as they are implemented across the events industry to provide the best and safest experience possible. As new COVID-19 information becomes available, we will be sure to update our policies and procedures via our website and social channels.
December 2021 Update + Refund Policy
Blame My Roots Fam! We want to provide an update on what we’re doing to make sure everyone stays safe at BMRF. The health of our patrons, artists, and staff is of the utmost importance to us.
If the entire show is cancelled due to local, state or federal authority, there is a refund on all tickets.
We are increasing the amount of sanitizing stations, hand-wash stations, and restrooms available in addition to increasing our sanitation routines to ensure that all facilities are kept clean and safe.
Lastly, we encourage everyone to get the vaccine as it has been proven to provide protection against COVID-19. It’s the best way to keep you safe!

COVID-19 Warning
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness, whether that exposure occurs before, during, or after the event, and regardless of how caused or contracted. Therefore, you hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Dutton Roots, LLC, Blame My Roots Festival, the Venue, and all contractors, employees, performers, workers, or anyone else associated with either party.
Without limiting the generality of the previously stated, Holder understands and agrees that there are certain risks of personal or property injury, illness and/or death associated with attending the event, including and not limited to, risks related to the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease. Holder understands and agrees that the risk of exposure to COVID-19 cannot be fully eliminated and is increased by proximity to other people, that there is no guarantee, express or implied, that holder will not be exposed to COVID-19, and that exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, and other short-term and long-term health effects, including death.
By completing this any ticket purchase, Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers arising from or incidental to the event, whether such risks occur before, during, or after the event and agrees that the Management is not responsible for any such risks and dangers. If you are sick, running a fever, or have been exposed to COVID-19, please stay home until you are healthy.
You must follow all health and safety policies and posted instructions set forth by the CDC, State, and Local laws within the Blame My Roots Festival perimeter.
As the festival date approaches, we will continue to provide our community with pertinent information regarding festival preparedness, including what may be required beyond a ticket to enter our festival grounds. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinance, regulations, and the rules of Dutton Roots, LLC when attending the event.
